Welcome, and thank you for your interest in joining EAGLE EYES STORE PVT LTD as a Presenter! Before registering, please carefully read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
You are engaging with us as an Independent Contractor.
This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture.
You are not entitled to employee benefits such as EPF, ETF, gratuity, paid leave, or medical insurance under Sri Lankan Labor Laws.
You are solely responsible for declaring your income and paying any applicable taxes to the Department of Inland Revenue.
This agreement is valid for a fixed period of one (1) year from the date of your registration.
The payment rates mentioned below will remain fixed for the entire year and will not be renegotiated.
Payments are calculated strictly based on the final, approved duration of your video content:
Base Rate: LKR 1,000.00 for the first 1 minute and 30 seconds (01:30).
Extension Rate: LKR 500.00 for every additional 30 seconds beyond the base time.
You must submit an invoice per project.
Payments will be released within 7 business days after your invoice is verified and the video is finally approved.
We guarantee that we will not assign you content for illegal, illicit, or fraudulent businesses.
We will not assign you content that could harm your reputation (e.g., gambling, adult industries, or scams).
If you face legal action purely due to a fraudulent client assigned by us (and not due to your own misconduct), we will defend you and cover reasonable legal costs.
You must deliver high-quality work (clear audio/video and professional presentation skills). We reserve the right to reject work that does not meet these standards.
You must strictly adhere to the agreed-upon deadlines for each project.
You must comply with all applicable laws in Sri Lanka.
Either party can terminate this agreement at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice.
Before leaving, you must complete and deliver all projects currently “In Progress” or “Assigned”.
We reserve the right to withhold your final payment until all pending projects are satisfactorily completed.
